Every SmogGo Novus is built to last. If you are experiencing a technical issue with your device, please follow the steps below to initiate a warranty claim.
Warranty Terms
3-Month Manufacturing Warranty: This covers any internal manufacturing defects or failure of the ion-generation core for 90 days from the date of delivery.
Warranty is Void if: The device shows signs of water damage, physical impact (drops), damage from electrical surges (faulty car sockets), unauthorized repair attempts, or any form of improper use.
How to File a Claim
To process your request quickly, please share the following via WhatsApp or Email:
Proof of Purchase: A clear photo of your Invoice.
Video Proof: A short video (max 30 seconds) showing the device plugged into a 12V socket and the specific issue.
Description: A brief note on when the issue started.

The Process
Our team will review your video evidence within 2-3 business days. If the claim is valid and within the 3-month period, we will provide instructions for a replacement.
