1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Delivery Time: Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days.
Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days.
Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment in real-time.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across Pan-India. There are no hidden delivery costs at checkout.
3. Pan-India Coverage
We ship to over 19,000+ pin codes across India. If your location is in a remote area, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.
4. B2B & Bulk Shipping
For corporate gifting or bulk orders, shipping timelines and costs will be shared along with your specialized quote.
5. Damaged Shipments
Every SmogGo Novus undergoes a 3-point quality check before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a physically damaged unit (e.g., damaged body, broken plug, or non-functional hardware), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo and a short unboxing video of the damaged unit to care@smoggo.in or via WhatsApp at +91 9780989811. Once verified, we will issue a priority replacement at no extra cost to you.
