1. General Health & Safety

SmogGo Novus is an air purification tool, not a medical device.

Sensitivities: While negative ions are naturally occurring, some individuals may have a personal sensitivity to ionized air. If you experience any irritation, cough, dizziness, or respiratory discomfort while using the device, stop using the device immediately, remove it from the vehicle, and consult a medical professional.

Pre-existing Conditions: If you have a history of severe asthma, chronic respiratory issues, or other medical conditions sensitive to air quality changes, please consult your doctor before using any air purification system.

2. Proper Usage & Operation

Driver Safety: The device must be plugged into the 12V socket securely. Ensure the device placement does not obstruct the gear shift, handbrake, or the driver’s ability to operate the vehicle safely.

Unattended Use: Do not leave the device active in a closed vehicle for extended periods without ventilation.

Handling: Do not attempt to open, repair, or modify the internal hardware. Unauthorized tampering voids the warranty and may pose an electrical risk.

3. Performance Disclaimer

Results: Air purification and odor removal results are subjective and can vary based on the cabin size, the intensity of the pollutants, and the vehicle’s ventilation settings.

Technical Data: Ion counts (3.8 million per cm3) are based on controlled internal testing. Actual performance in real-world environments may vary slightly due to humidity, temperature, and existing air flow.

4. Limitation of Liability

Brevity India Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to health-related claims or vehicle electrical issues caused by faulty 12V sockets.

5. Jurisdiction

All legal claims, disputes, or matters arising from the use of SmogGo products are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
