Refund policy

At SmogGo, we strive for perfection in every unit we ship. To keep our operations efficient and our prices fair, we follow a strict but transparent policy regarding returns and replacements.

1. 3-Day Replacement Guarantee
We do not offer a "change of mind" return policy. However, we provide a free replacement if your unit is:

Defective: The device is not functioning as described.

Damaged: The hardware has physical damage upon arrival.

Timeline: You must report the defect or damage within 3 days of delivery.
Process: Send an unboxing video or photo of the damaged product to care@smoggo.in or at our WhatsApp number +91 9780989811. Once verified, we will ship a new unit at no extra cost.

2. Cancellation Policy
We believe in flexibility. You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched and a tracking ID is generated, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Return & Refund
While we do not have a standard return policy, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you insist on returning a non-defective, unopened product for a refund, a Return Processing Fee of Rs. 500 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Why this Return Processing fee?
This covers the specialized costs associated with:

Reverse Logistics: The high cost of secure return shipping.

Inspection & Testing: Every returned unit must undergo a technical inspection to ensure hardware integrity.

Repackaging: The cost of restoring the product to a "saleable" condition.

Note: The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Used products are not eligible for return.
