Proper and safe use
Use Novus only with an open, compatible 12V car power socket and follow the supplied instructions. Position it securely so it does not obstruct driving controls. Do not place it in an enclosed compartment or leave it operating in a closed vehicle for extended periods without ventilation. Do not open, repair or modify the device yourself.
Performance and test information
Product information includes technical specifications and controlled-test results from SmogGo’s materials. Test results depend on the stated test conditions and are not a guarantee of the same result in every vehicle. Cabin size, air movement, temperature, humidity and the type and level of pollutants can affect real-world performance. The ion-output figure at 5 cm is a near-device measurement, not a measurement throughout the cabin.
Cleaning and ventilation
Novus does not replace regular vehicle cleaning, removal of odour sources, maintenance or suitable ventilation. Odours embedded in fabric and other surfaces may require cleaning.
