About this policy
SmogGo is a brand of Brevity India Technologies. This policy explains how we handle information you share when you contact SmogGo, ask about our products, request warranty support or make a business inquiry.
Information you may share
Depending on your request, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, city, business details, order information and message. For a warranty request, you may also choose to share proof of purchase and a description, photograph or video of the issue. Please share only information relevant to your request.
How we use information
We use information you share to respond to your questions, provide product and warranty support, discuss business inquiries, maintain relevant communications and operate and protect the website.
Website and service providers
Our hosting provider and other service providers involved in operating the website and communications may process information as needed to provide their services. Technical information such as IP addresses and server logs may be processed to operate and secure the website.
WhatsApp, email and Amazon
When you contact us through WhatsApp or email, your information is also handled by those providers under their own policies. When you choose Buy on Amazon, you leave the SmogGo website; Amazon handles its ordering and payment process under its own terms and privacy policy. SmogGo does not collect payment details through a checkout on this website.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was provided, support and business records, and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
Your questions and requests
To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have shared with SmogGo, contact care@smoggo.in. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law and any relevant retention obligations.

Website forms and essential cookies
Essential session cookies support form security. Inquiry messages are emailed to the SmogGo team through our hosting and email providers, including Google/Gmail for the receiving mailbox. Temporary form state and anti-abuse records help us process requests safely. We use inquiry details to respond to your request, not to enrol you in marketing.
